Saw ‘A Few Best Men’ today.
It was pretty atrocious. Don’t get me wrong, the groom (left) is pretty cute in a boyish sort of way and, as in The Hangover, he doesn’t have much to do with the hilarity, it’s his 3 friends that are responsible for all that. And they are funny. The ginger fella (3rd from left) in particular is great value - remember him….Colin Frissel from Love Actually.
But the bride and her awful family. I’m sorry…it was shamefully bad. Olivia Newton John played the mum and she was incredibly lousy…to the point where I had to look away from the screen because I couldn’t stand her botoxed face any longer.
Do yourselves a favour and download/rent this one.
I expected more from the guy that gave us Death at a Funeral. Now that was some funny shit.
EDIT: holy shit Colin Frissel (real name Kris Marshall but he will always be Colin Frissel to me) is 15 years older than me. I thought he was around my age!
